Notably, it has also formed a hidden bullish divergence with its on-balance volume (OBV), which suggests hidden buying pressure.
However, sidelined investors should wait for confirmation before entering new positions. The first allocation can be made after a decisive breakout above the $0.40 level.
A second tranche can be added once price breaks above the descending trendline, followed by another at $0.47, which would confirm a higher high. The final portion can be deployed near $0.60, as a successful reclaim of that level would confirm a broader trend reversal.
