Bitcoin is in IPO Phase as Bitcoin Hyper’s .5M Presale Soars

Takeaways:

  • Jordi Visser says Bitcoin has reached an IPO phase where it consolidates ahead of a coming bull run.

  • The analyst says early investors make room for long-term institutional holders, which hints at market maturity.

  • Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) reaches $25.5M in presale and targets a Q4 2025-Q1 2026 release window.

  • Hyper promises faster and cheaper Bitcoin transactions thanks to tools like SVM and the Canonical Bridge.

Bitcoin has reached an initial product offering (IPO) phase, believe analysts, which explains how $BTC is able to maintain its footing despite OG traders selling in bulk.

The concept is simple. Despite veteran traders going bear mode and selling their Bitcoins, virgin traders make their first dip buys. This distributes Bitcoin’s liquidity across a larger number of

investors, keeping the price steady when it should essentially go down.

Analyst Jordi Visser says that the sellers are typically ‘early believers’ who have become disillusioned by Bitcoin’s recent performance and cash out to reinvest in other assets. The buyers, however, appear to be long-term investors, which marks a shift in Bitcoin’s market profile.

The excitement of concentration is being replaced by the durability of distribution. The early believers are passing the torch to long-term holders who bought at higher prices and have different motivations. This is what success looks like. This is Bitcoin having its IPO.

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) will likely contribute to that success thanks to tools like SVM and the Canonical Bridge, which turn Bitcoin into a faster, cheaper, and more scalable ecosystem, rivaling the likes of Solana, Ethereum, and BNB.

Bitcoin Consolidates Ahead of a Q4 Bull?

Bitcoin’s chart performance appears to show a strong consolidation phase, which may appear frustrating to everyone across the board. Shorters and longers have been suffering together ever since the October 10 crash, which sent Bitcoin below the floating line.

It’s been gasping for some green air ever since, which naturally instilled doubts in investors and explains the panic-selling we’re seeing.

The October 10 market crash, which burned over $19B in leveraged positions, mostly long, is responsible for breaking the Greentober cycle, which saw $BTC record six consecutive green Octobers in the last years.

Visser himself agrees that Bitcoin’s sideways movement ‘drives everyone crazy’ and that the ‘consolidation is frustrating and the sentiment is terrible’.

However, he also recognizes that this type of consolidation is ‘the exact pattern you see after a major IPO when lock-up periods expire’. It’s a sign that early investors make room for long-term holders, many of them institutions.

The data supports this view. According to Bitcoin Treasuries, the accumulation rate is going up, with 4.05M $BTC already in 353 treasuries, most of them being public companies.

Michael Saylor’s Strategy is currently the largest Bitcoin holder in the ecosystem, with 640,808 $BTC, valued at over $74B.

Based on these facts, Visser doesn’t believe this is a bear market, because:

In a bear market, there are no buyers. Price collapses because everyone wants out and nobody wants in. But look at what’s actually happening: Bitcoin is consolidating, not collapsing. Every dip gets bought. The price isn’t making new lows, it’s holding a range.

—Jordi Visser,Anthony Pompiliano interview

The conclusion is simple. Despite Bitcoin not meeting its October quota and the market steering in a pessimistic region, according to the 37 points on the Fear scale, we’re not bearish yet.

On the contrary, November could see a comeback, setting Bitcoin on track to a new ATH once a $120K breakout fuels its momentum.

Bitcoin Hyper’s $25.5M presale will likely contribute to that big time.

Bitcoin Hyper Promises Faster and Cheaper Bitcoin Transactions

Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) is the Layer 2 that promises an effective and elegant solution to Bitcoin’s most pressing issue: its performance limitation.

Bitcoin is now capped at seven transactions per second (TPS), which impacts the network’s performance, scalability, and transaction costs. This issue is responsible for the fee-based priority system, which allows miners to prioritize large and expensive transactions to the detriment of the smaller ones.

The result is a finality time of hours during high-traffic windows.

Hyper relies on tools like the Canonical Bridge to tackle this problem. The Canonical Bridge connects the Bitcoin ecosystem to the Hyper Layer and mints the users’ tokens into the network as soon as the Bitcoin Relay Program confirms the transaction details.

The entire process lasts seconds, ensuring fluidity and scalability and dropping transaction fees drastically.

The SVM, on the other hand, makes the network more responsive by enabling the ultra-fast execution of smart contracts and DeFi apps. Together with the Canonical Bridge, SVM makes the Bitcoin ecosystem faster, cheaper, and more scalable.

$HYPER raised over $25.5M in presale with a token price of $0.013205 and it’s growing fast.

$HYPER has a planned release window between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, so there’s not much time left.

If you want to invest today, you can buy your $HYPER on the official presale page to get access to the 46% staking rewards before they drop again.
