Lombard Launches $BARD Token Sale at $450M Valuation

Bitcoin DeFi protocol Lombard has begun its BARD token community sale on Buidlpad, raising $6.75 million at a $450 million fully diluted valuation. The sale will distribute 1.5% of supply between Aug. 26-29.

LBTC holders, existing users, and campaign participants receive priority access. Contributions are accepted in USD1 stablecoin, BNB, and LBTC, with 10% of supply reserved for content creators.

Lombard also established the Liquid Bitcoin Foundation to oversee protocol governance, partnerships, and grants. Its core LBTC product holds $1.5 billion in TVL, integrated with Aave, Etherfi, and Pendle.
