VanEck Prepares to Launch Solana Spot ETF with SEC Filing

VanEck has filed an 8-A form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), indicating the imminent launch of its Solana spot ETF. This move follows the company's S-1 submission in late October and comes as Solana ETFs have seen significant interest, with $369 million in inflows over 12 consecutive days as of mid-November 2025. Institutional investors have accumulated over 24 million SOL tokens across treasuries and ETFs, with yields reaching up to 7.7 percent. VanEck is optimistic about Solana's future, projecting the cryptocurrency's price to exceed $500 by the end of 2025.
