Ethereum is set to implement the Fusaka upgrade on December 3, aiming to enhance scalability and efficiency. The upgrade introduces PeerDAS sampling storage and an optimized Blob pricing mechanism, significantly reducing node costs and Gas fees. This will increase Layer 1 throughput and Layer 2 capacity, allowing even standard devices to operate validator nodes, thereby strengthening decentralization. Fusaka is expected to make Ethereum faster, cheaper, and more scalable, ushering in a new era of real-time interaction.
