Additionally, Morgan Stanley has revised its sector ratings, elevating the consumer discretionary sector from "underweight" to "overweight" and the healthcare sector from "neutral" to "overweight." The firm also forecasts the dollar index will drop to 94 in the first half of 2026, before recovering to 99 by year-end.
