Binance to Relocate Global Operations to Abu Dhabi Global Market

Binance has announced the relocation of its global operations to the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), having secured full regulatory authorization from the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA). Starting January 5, 2026, Binance's services will be provided by three ADGM-licensed entities: Nest Exchange Services Limited for trading, Nest Clearing and Custody Limited for clearing and custody, and Nest Trading Limited for brokerage and OTC services. This move follows previous statements by Binance's former spokesperson Patrick Hillmann in 2022, indicating a shift from its then Cayman-based operations.
