Bullish Aim Launches Malaysian Ringgit-Pegged Stablecoin RMJDT

Bullish Aim, led by Johor royal family member Ismail Ibrahim, has launched a Malaysian ringgit-pegged stablecoin, RMJDT. The stablecoin will be fully collateralized with Malaysian ringgit cash and short-term government bonds, and issued on the Zetrix blockchain. The initiative aims to establish RMJDT as a standard for crypto payments in Malaysia. This move comes as Malaysia shows a warming attitude towards virtual assets, with Anwar expressing support for responsible innovation. Additionally, Bullish Aim plans to invest 500 million ringgit (approximately $121 million) to establish a digital asset vault, initially investing in Zetrix tokens.
