Silk Road-Linked Bitcoin Wallets Move $3M; SpaceX Transfers $94M BTC to Coinbase

Bitcoin wallets associated with Ross Ulbricht, the creator of Silk Road, have moved approximately $3 million in Bitcoin. Coinbase Director Conor Grogan identified these transactions, which originated from wallets he previously linked to Ulbricht. In January 2025, these wallets held around 430 BTC, valued at $47 million. In a separate transaction, a wallet linked to SpaceX transferred 1,021 BTC, worth $94.48 million, to Coinbase Prime for custody. This transfer was identified by blockchain analysis firm Lookonchain, highlighting significant movements in the cryptocurrency market.
