This acquisition allows Anchorage to leverage its existing infrastructure, which already custodies 99% of SFA's client assets, to provide more comprehensive services. The acquisition is part of Anchorage's strategy to align with evolving digital asset regulations and strengthen its compliance frameworks, including protocols for Countering the Financing of Terrorism. Notably, SFA has experienced a remarkable growth in assets under management, surging over 4,500% in the past year, highlighting the platform's expanding influence in the digital asset space.
