The waiting list does not guarantee an F-code, as distribution will depend on questionnaire responses. Earlier, Doubao Mobile announced adjustments to its AI phone operations, restricting the use of financial applications. Additionally, rumors about ByteDance facing regulatory scrutiny for cybersecurity and competition issues were denied by sources familiar with the matter.
