The agreement involves a mix of cash and stock valued at $27.75 per share, with the offer set to expire on January 8, 2026. As part of the deal, Warner Bros. is required to spin off its TV networks by the third quarter of 2026. Following the announcement, Warner and Paramount Skydance shares declined, while Netflix shares saw an increase.
