Metaplanet Launches ADR Program MPJPY on U.S. OTC Market

Metaplanet Inc. has announced the launch of its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program, MPJPY, which will begin trading on December 19, 2025. The ADRs will be available on the U.S. OTC market, with Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas serving as the depositary. Each ADR will represent one ordinary share of Metaplanet, trading under the symbol MPJPY. The company emphasized that this ADR program is not intended for fundraising and will not result in an increase in the number of issued shares. The CUSIP number for the ADRs is 59141L109. This move allows investors to gain exposure to Metaplanet's shares through the U.S. market, providing additional opportunities for tracking altcoins and on-chain data for market insights.
