To meet Nasdaq's requirements, ZOOZ's stock must trade above $1 for 10 consecutive days. The company is exploring options, including a reverse stock split, to address the issue. Despite the warning, ZOOZ's operations remain unaffected. ZOOZ, which is dual-listed on Nasdaq and TASE, recently disclosed holding 1,036 bitcoins and announced a $50 million stock buyback program. The company continues to focus on its Bitcoin vault strategy while considering measures to stabilize its stock price.
