ZNS Connect has launched .shm domains on the Shardeum blockchain, allowing users to replace complex wallet addresses with simple, human-readable names such as 'yourname.shm'. Priced at approximately $1 during the early access phase, this initiative aims to enhance Web3 usability and support blockchain scalability. Shardeum, an Indian Layer 1 blockchain, features over 171,000 validators and offers low gas fees. The .shm domains are designed to function seamlessly across DeFi and gaming platforms, providing a unified identity for cross-chain interactions. The Shardeum platform has already processed over 81 million transactions and complies with the EU's MiCA regulations, further solidifying its position in the blockchain ecosystem.
