Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has significantly increased its Ethereum holdings, purchasing an additional 44,463 ETH, valued at approximately $130 million, last week. This acquisition brings Bitmine's total Ethereum holdings to 4,110,525 ETH, representing 3.41% of the total Ethereum supply, with a market capitalization of about $12.04 billion. Currently, 409,000 ETH are staked, yielding an estimated annual return of 2.81%. The company is also advancing its MAVAN staking network, set to launch in Q1 2026. Bitmine's total crypto assets and cash reserves now stand at $13.2 billion. The firm plans to hold its annual shareholder meeting on January 15, 2026, in Las Vegas, where it will discuss proposals including expanding authorized share capital and new incentive plans. Bitmine aims to control 5% of the total Ethereum supply, positioning itself as the largest Ethereum treasury globally.
