Lighte has announced the launch of its infrastructure token, LIT, with a strategic allocation of 50% to the ecosystem. The token, issued by Lighte's Class C company, aims to empower LIT holders by granting them full ownership of the value generated by Lighte's products and services. The remaining 50% of tokens are allocated to the team and investors, with a vesting schedule of one year followed by three years of linear vesting. The initial points campaign for 2025 has already generated 12.5 million points, equivalent to 25% of the fully diluted value, which will be airdropped immediately. The remaining ecosystem tokens will support future campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives. LIT holders will benefit from access to financial products designed to enhance execution and capital efficiency, with the infrastructure for financial transactions becoming increasingly decentralized based on LIT staking. Additionally, LIT will serve as a fee token for financial data providers and subscribers, incentivizing the provision of verifiable data for trading and risk management.
