Metaplanet Exceeds Bitcoin Revenue Forecast with FY2025 Surge

Metaplanet Inc. has reported a significant increase in its Bitcoin Income Generation revenue for FY2025, reaching JPY 8.581 billion. This figure surpasses both the company's revised guidance of JPY 6.3 billion and its initial forecast of JPY 3 billion. In the fourth quarter alone, Metaplanet achieved revenue of JPY 4.242 billion, marking a 74% increase from the previous quarter and more than six times the revenue of Q4 FY2024. The company is currently assessing how these results will affect its consolidated earnings forecast for the year ending December 31, 2025. The strong performance in the Bitcoin sector continues to be a driving force behind these impressive financial results.
