BitMine Immersion (BMNR) Chairman Tom Lee has urged shareholders to support a proposal to increase the company's authorized shares from 500 million to 500 billion. In a New Year letter to shareholders, Lee emphasized that the adjustment is not intended to dilute existing shareholders but to provide flexibility for future financing, potential acquisitions, and possible stock splits. Shareholders are invited to vote on the proposal by January 14, with the annual meeting scheduled for January 15 in Las Vegas.
