The PayFi sector has emerged as the top performer in the cryptocurrency market, recording an 8.07% increase over the past 24 hours, according to SoSoValue data on January 6. Leading projects in this sector include XRP, which rose by 9.80%, Stellar with a 6.45% increase, and Monero up by 4.36%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin and Ethereum remained stable, trading at $93,000 and $3,200, respectively. Other notable sector performances include the DePIN sector, which rose by 3.50%, driven by Render's 9.08% and Aethir's 10.70% gains. The Layer2 sector increased by 2.06%, with Stacks up 6.29%. The RWA sector saw a 1.81% rise, led by Keeta's 7.10% increase. In contrast, the GameFi sector experienced a slight decline of 0.03%, although ImmutableX managed a 3.57% gain. Overall, the ssiPayFi, ssiDePIN, and ssiLayer2 indices rose by 8.63%, 4.45%, and 2.90%, respectively.
