Energy Secretary Wright has been tasked with implementing the plan, which involves direct delivery to US terminals. Additionally, the Trump administration has set conditions for Venezuelan interim president Rodriguez, requiring exclusive cooperation with the US in oil production and prioritization of the US in heavy crude oil sales to secure further drilling permits.
