XAUm, the third-largest tokenized gold product by AUM, benefits from a comprehensive security architecture that includes physical storage, digital custody, and on-chain verification. Under this partnership, BitGo provides the digital asset custody and compliance framework, while Matrixdock develops the asset tokenization and transparency mechanisms. Brink’s ensures the secure storage of the physical gold. Institutional clients can manage XAUm through BitGo Trust Company Inc., utilizing a trust structure and secure wallet system with multi-signature and policy control mechanisms to meet stringent security and compliance standards.
