This approach aims to ensure investor protection while exploring compliant on-chain securities and real-world asset (RWA) integration. Uyeda noted that tokenization could reduce intermediaries, shorten settlement cycles, and enhance transparency, but tokenized securities must still adhere to existing securities laws.
