Following the start of the 2025 NFL season, Kalshi's platform trading volume surged to approximately $441 million within the first four days. Game Point Capital, which underwrites hundreds of millions in sports insurance annually, primarily covers risks related to team and player performance bonuses, helping teams manage the financial impact of large payouts.
