This move comes after Safello became Sweden's first exchange authorized under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework, allowing regulated access to XRP for both retail and institutional investors. Safello's expansion into the Finnish market marks its first cross-border venture, enabling Finnish users to buy, sell, and store XRP in a regulated environment. This development is part of Safello's broader strategy to simplify crypto access and support XRP adoption across Europe. The exchange, which began supporting XRP in December 2025, aims to further increase regulated access to the token as it expands into additional EU jurisdictions.
