The group targeted U.S. critical infrastructure and the court system, demanding ransoms after stealing and encrypting sensitive information. In a July 2024 operation, law enforcement seized approximately $36 million in cryptocurrency linked to these activities. Jubair faces multiple charges, including computer fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering, with a potential sentence of up to 95 years in prison.
