Announced on the X platform, the proposal suggests a 1% penalty for late upgrades, effective from September 22, 2025, if approved. The penalty will increase by 1% every three months thereafter. This move is part of the ongoing MKR to SKY upgrade process, with an executive vote scheduled for September 18, 2025, to finalize the decision.
