Bitcoin Core Integrates Cluster Mempool Update for Version 31.0

The Bitcoin Core development branch has integrated the Cluster Mempool update (PR #34616), which is set to be included in the upcoming Bitcoin Core 31.0 release. This update will redesign how nodes manage pending transactions (mempool) by grouping related transactions, thereby enhancing block packaging efficiency and optimizing fee calculations for RBF and CPFP transactions. Bitcoin Core 31.0 is expected to be released in the second half of 2026.
