Yunfeng Financial Group, backed by Jack Ma, has appointed former Ant Group executive Jiang Guofei as the chairman of its Web3 Development Committee. This move underscores Yunfeng's strategic focus on the Web3 sector. Jiang previously led Ant's blockchain project Trusple and was the head of the Fintech Lab at DAMO Academy. Yunfeng Financial has also invested $44 million to acquire 10,000 ETH for building infrastructure for its Real World Asset (RWA) projects. Additionally, the group has entered into a collaboration with Ant Digital Technology, further solidifying its commitment to advancing in the Web3 space.
