This led to some users being unable to claim or open reward packages. The platform reported distributing approximately 953,530 USDT in rewards, with 812,000 gift boxes opened and 41,753 users participating. OKX assured that the reward rules remain unchanged and plans to recall and compensate for unclaimed or improperly awarded packages in certain scenarios.
