The platform's treasury is nearing the minimum 500,000 HYPE staking threshold, prompting user panic and redemption requests. CEO Alvin Hsia clarified that the situation is a design feature, not a bug, and withdrawals will be paused to prevent market disruption. Ventuals is working with private LPs to bolster HYPE holdings and offers a redemption guarantee, allowing exchanges at a vHYPE-to-HYPE ratio of 0.85:1 through major liquidity pools, ensuring users can exit with a maximum 15% discount if needed.
