RealT Faces Lawsuit Over Property Maintenance Issues in Detroit

RealT, a real estate tokenization platform founded by Canadian brothers Rémy and Jean-Marc Jacobson, is facing a lawsuit from the Detroit city government over maintenance issues of hundreds of properties it holds in the city. The platform, which sells property shares to global investors through cryptocurrency tokens priced at approximately $50 each, has attracted around 16,000 investors from 150 countries. The Detroit government alleges that some of these properties have serious violations and are unfit for habitation.
