DeFi Projects Urge U.S. Universities to Integrate DeFi Education

Over 20 decentralized finance (DeFi) projects have issued an open letter urging leading U.S. universities to incorporate DeFi and cryptocurrency education into their business and law school curricula. Spearheaded by the "1inch Forward" campaign, the initiative includes participants such as the Blockchain Association, DeFi Education Fund, and Aave Labs. The campaign plans to kick off with a campus tour at the University of Pennsylvania on March 27. The letter recommends that universities offer courses on blockchain architecture and decentralized technologies, and provide practical experiences with DeFi systems. Participating projects have pledged support in curriculum development and offer internships and research fellowships.
