Despite a general decline in on-chain perpetual decentralized exchange (Perp DEX) trading volumes over the weekend, Hyperliquid and TradeXYZ have reported significant activity. According to DefiLlama data, TradeXYZ, part of the HIP-3 ecosystem, experienced a 13% increase in traditional asset holdings compared to Friday, contributing to a rise in Hyperliquid's total open interest. Current 24-hour trading volumes for major Perp DEXs are led by Hyperliquid with $5.18 billion and an open interest of $7.83 billion. TradeXYZ follows with $1.69 billion in trading volume and $2.1 billion in open interest. Other notable DEXs include Aster with $1.45 billion in trading volume, EdgeX with $1.24 billion, and ApeX with $1.06 billion. Pacifica recorded $253 million in trading volume, highlighting the varied performance across the sector.
