Trader Nets $150,000 Profit Using Cross-Chain DOT Strategy

A savvy trader has reportedly turned a $600 investment into $150,000 by leveraging cross-chain strategies with Polkadot (DOT). Initially, the trader purchased 77,000 DOT on the Ethereum mainnet via Uniswap for 0.2 ETH, equivalent to $436, and sold them on a centralized exchange for $10,042. Continuing to exploit price discrepancies across liquidity pools, the trader invested a total of 1.1 ETH in further DOT purchases. The strategy culminated in bridging 503,000 DOT from Ethereum to the Base network using Hyperbridge, where the trader sold the tokens for 68.72 ETH, securing a substantial profit.
