HYPE Whale Sells 178,000 Tokens for 75.63 BTC, Continues Liquidation

A major HYPE token holder has sold 178,000 HYPE tokens, valued at approximately $8.6 million, in exchange for 75.63 BTC, according to monitoring by @mlmabc. The whale has also initiated the sale of an additional 232,000 HYPE tokens, worth around $11.1 million, through a new wallet. To date, the whale has liquidated a total of 1.26 million HYPE tokens, equivalent to about $60.5 million, acquiring 401.37 BTC, valued at approximately $45.4 million. Additionally, the whale has withdrawn 21.5 million USDC to Aster. Despite these sales, the whale still holds approximately 3.8 million HYPE tokens, valued at $183 million, representing a reduction of about 24.85% in their holdings.
