Input Output Global (IOG) has launched nine treasury proposals, marking a shift towards community-driven governance. This funding request is lower than previous years, reflecting Cardano's move towards financial self-sufficiency. The Leios upgrade is set for a testnet launch in June, with a mainnet completion target by year-end. Additional initiatives include the Babel Fees scheme and UTXO HD upgrade, enhancing user experience and network efficiency.
