The collaboration aims to leverage Nano Labs' expertise in high-performance computing and ALT5's experience in global payment systems. The evaluation will include technical due diligence and business exploration to assess the potential for developing commercially viable solutions. Any future collaboration will depend on the successful completion of this evaluation and further negotiations.
