Scallop, a lending protocol within the Sui ecosystem, has reported a security breach resulting in the loss of approximately 150,000 SUI. The vulnerability was found in a contract linked to its sSUI reward pool, which has since been frozen to prevent further exploitation. Scallop assured users that its core contracts remain secure and that the breach only affected the sSUI reward pool, leaving other reward pools intact. The protocol has committed to covering 100% of the losses and will provide additional updates as they become available.
