Meanwhile, Tennessee has enacted a law banning cryptocurrency kiosks effective July 1, 2026, citing fraud prevention. This move affects over 570 kiosks in the state. Additionally, Canada is advancing a bill to ban crypto donations in political campaigns, aiming to enhance electoral integrity.
