The wallet, initially thought to be associated with Grok, was actually created by Bankrbot for a user identified as X, with private key permissions managed by a third-party service. BaseScan has since corrected the wallet's label from Grok to Bankr 1. The stolen wallet's Bankr Club membership was activated through a centralized mechanism, not via NFT issuance, as confirmed by Bankr. The attack exploited Grok's capabilities to target Bankrbot, making it a notable case of prompt injection. While Grok was implicated, it was not the primary actor in the theft.
