Chris Dixon, founder of a16z Crypto, has announced the promotion of Eddy Lazzarin to General Partner. Lazzarin, who joined a16z Crypto in 2019, has led teams in engineering, data science, research, and security, and contributed to the development of the open-source zkVM project Jolt. In his new role, Lazzarin will focus on portfolio and token strategy, as well as investment evaluation and support for crypto networks and companies.
