Boyaa Interactive Issues Profit Warning Amid Bitcoin Price Drop

Boyaa Interactive has issued a profit warning, citing the impact of Bitcoin's price decline in the first quarter of 2026. The company anticipates a shareholder loss for the quarter, with losses increasing by approximately 110% to 120% compared to the same period in 2025, amounting to around $28.7 million. This increase is primarily attributed to a reduction in the fair value of digital assets. Despite these challenges, Boyaa Interactive noted that excluding non-operational, one-time factors such as changes in the fair value of digital and other financial assets, the company's shareholder profit for the first quarter is expected to grow by approximately 85% to 90% year-on-year.
