The raid, carried out by the Provincial Electricity Authority and police, targeted a four-story commercial building. Investigations revealed that the facility was illegally connected to the main power grid, powering multiple Bitcoin mining machines on the fourth floor. The estimated electricity loss exceeds $80,000, while the registered monthly electricity bill was only about $11. Police have seized the mining equipment and are continuing to investigate those involved.
