This update requires XRP Ledger validators to upgrade their nodes to prevent service disruptions. The amendment will resolve expired NFTokenOffer entries, ensure immutability of authorized domains, and enforce trustline token limits on vault transactions. It also corrects loan accounting errors and ensures accurate fund listings for loan brokers. Validators are urged to update to version 3.1.3 to enable these fixes and maintain network integrity.
