Kraken to Launch CFTC-Regulated Perpetual Futures in U.S.

Kraken is set to introduce its first CFTC-regulated perpetual futures product in the U.S. within the next 30 days. Eligible U.S. customers will gain access to trade perpetual futures on digital assets including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA, LINK, DOGE, LTC, and AVAX through Kraken Pro. The platform plans to gradually expand its range of contracts and features. These perpetual futures will be offered by NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC, operating as Kraken Derivatives US, a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant. Additionally, related spot margin and perpetual futures products will be available on Bitnomial Exchange, a CFTC-regulated platform recently acquired by Kraken's parent company, Payward.
