BlackRock has submitted a final amendment for its Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, ticker $BITA, setting the management fee at 65 basis points. This fee is higher than that of $IBIT and similar ETFs but remains below the 95bp and 99bp fees of the largest ETFs in the 'covered call' category. The filing suggests an imminent launch as BlackRock aims to enter the market before Goldman Sachs, which is expected to be effective around July 1.
