Entry has successfully completed a $10 million pre-seed funding round, led by Modern Niagara with contributions from Qrecendo and Perrfin. The investment will support Entry's mission to integrate AI-driven compliance with zero-knowledge privacy technology in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector. This funding round, which includes both equity and SAFT components, values the company at approximately $25 million. The capital will facilitate Entry's rebranding from Zekret Protocol and the development of solutions that allow institutions to perform private transactions using zkID and explainable AI engines, all while adhering to regulatory standards. This initiative aims to enhance privacy and compliance in regulated DeFi environments.
