Delin Holdings Group, a Hong Kong-listed company, has announced a placement and subscription agreement to raise approximately HK$973 million. The company plans to place and subscribe for 255 million shares each, with an additional 63.8 million shares allocated to Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited at a price of HK$3.05 per share, representing an 11.34% discount to the previous closing price. The funds raised will be allocated as follows: 56% will be used for expanding Bitcoin mining operations, 24% for developing gold-related RWA tokenization products, 10% for strategic investments, and 10% for operational capital.
