Linea has transferred approximately 2.615% of its total supply, equivalent to 1,883,060,741 LINEA tokens, to a burn address. This move reduces the total supply from 72 billion to approximately 70.12 billion tokens. Linea, a zkEVM Ethereum Layer 2 network developed by ConsenSys, is backed by over $700 million in funding from its parent company.
